Thank you for choosing YMD College for your educational journey. Please read the refund policy carefully before making any payment.

  1. Application Fee / Admission Fee
    All payments made for application forms, admission processing, or any academic-related services are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  2. Duplicate Payment
    If you made an extra payment by mistake, we will verify and process the refund of the duplicate amount within 7 to 10 working days to the original source of payment.

  3. Transaction Failure
    If your transaction fails but the amount is debited from your bank account, the amount will be automatically refunded by the payment gateway or your bank within 7 working days. If not, please contact us with proof of transaction.

  4. Refund Process
